TASKS

Backoffice is the inner circle of Hell when it comes to volunteering! Here you come in and operate in our internal system, protocols and procedures that we use to make the big volunteer puzzle work. Inside the office, you will sit with some of our coordinators and important functions in the volunteer section.

You will be well introduced to your task by our office manager, and there is plenty of help and good people to be found around you! In addition, you will be centrally located in the crew office, which handles the operation of the Volunteer section at COPENHELL.

QUALIFICATIONS

• You must be service minded and be able to take action when people come to you for help
• You must be ready to learn the most common functions of our IT system
• You must be able to communicate in Danish and English
• You must be okay with a fast pace of work
