TASKS

We help most people with most things!

On our new Hellpdesk team, you will help our many volunteers and crew with whatever questions they may have regarding their work at COPENHELL. Together with other people at the Crew office, it will be your task to answer questions and help people on duty.

We have learned that people need a place to go to when they can’t find their way, have questions about their shift, or are in doubt about who to contact with various things. You will be well and thoroughly supported to be able to help them with these things, and together we will ensure that everyone has the best possible experience at our festival.

You will work right in the heart of our crew area, where there is plenty of help and good people to be found. Here you can also get a good insight into how the great volunteer machinery works!

 

Be aware that shifts will be 6-hour shifts.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • You must be service minded and be able to take action when people come to you for help
  • You must be fully mobile
  • You must be able to operate a computer
  • You must be able to communicate in Danish and English
  • You must be okay with a fast pace of work at times
