Skærsilden (Local Catering)

TASKS
Skærsilden (Local Catering) takes care of catering for all crew members at COPENHELL. As a volunteer in Skærsilden, you can expect diverse shifts, including tasks in the kitchen, dishwashing, and the restaurant. Previous restaurant and/or kitchen experience is an advantage.

  • Preparation of breakfast
  • Assist kitchen and sous chefs in meal preparation
  • Set up and replenish the buffet
  • Restaurant preparation before and after meals
  • Ongoing cleanup in the restaurant
  • Dishwashing after each meal

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Comfortable in a restaurant and/or kitchen environment
  • Friendly and welcoming demeanor
  • Ability to remain calm and organized during busy periods
  • Expect physical work, including standing for extended periods

 

NOTE
All shifts are 9 hours – as a Warrior, you will work a total of 27 hours.
