Creating Denmark’s toughest festival is not just unicorns and rainbows. Fortunately, we have a bunch of insanely lovely volunteers who help us keep the site sharp as a knive and ensure that we leave as small a footprint on our planet as possible.  

With us, you make a visible and important difference for both the guest experience and the environment, and you do it with a dedicated and a awesome team! 

You can work at the festival site (… and soak up the festival atmosphere while being close to where everything is happening) or in the dark corners of Hell (… also known as backstage areas), where we handle and sort like crazy people, to make sure, that everything possible will be recycled. It’s not at all as sticky and dirty as it sounds! And, of course, we make sure that your cool band t-shirt doesn’t get dirty by handing out protective equipment.  

Saving the planet can make you a bit thirsty, so we always provide an after-work beer/soda in Satan’s Backyard after your shift with the rest of the team.  

QUALIFICATIONS 

• You must be fully mobile – the work involves standing and walking.
• The work is not as dirty as one might think, but you shouldn’t be afraid of a little dirt.
• There may be work during odd hours.
