• Sign in and select “My shifts”. When your shifts are published, this is where you’ll see them.

Here, you can see the following information about your shifts: where to meet, when to be there, the name of your team and the shift.

IMPORTANT! It’s under “My shifts” that you will accept your shifts. You have to accept your shifts in order to get your ticket. If you cannot work on your assigned shift, you must message your team leader so you can find a solution together.

The shifts must be accepted by 1 June 2024.

You can’t withdraw as a volunteer by not accepting your shifts. If you want to withdraw, you must do so via Copenhellcrew no later than 1 June 2024.

If you sign up after 1 June 2024, you must accept your shifts no later than 3 days before your first shift. If you don’t do this, you will be removed as a volunteer and receive a 3-year ban from Copenhellcrew and thus the opportunity to volunteer.
