Food and drink

This section only applies to COPENHELL volunteers

WHEN YOU WORK BEFORE OR AFTER THE FESTIVAL

Before and after the festival, we eat together in our to-die-for Restaurant Skærsilden.

We offer lunch to everyone and dinner to those who wish to stay and eat together after their shift has finished. Remember to eat breakfast from home.

Between the main meals, our Snackpatrol will make sure that nobody goes hungry throughout the day.

We’re black on the outside, but green on the inside, so we encourage you to bring your own water bottle and re-fill it. You can do this at all free-standing sinks and water points.

In restaurant “Skærsilden” there is always plant-based alternatives and the most common food allergies can always be accommodated.

In connection with your shifts before and after the festival, you’re welcome to bring your own food and drink if you wish.

For the few volunteers who work odd hours, we’ll have other options available – in that case, we’ll let you know.

WHEN YOU WORK DURING THE FESTIVAL

If you’re working during the festival, you’ll receive a number of food and drink tokens on your chip wristband, which you can use at a selection of food stalls and in the main bars.

When we get closer to the festival, you’ll find an overview of where you can use your food and drinks tokens.

Remember that drinking alcohol is of course not allowed on your shifts. But we’re always happy to have an end-of-shift beer together in Satan’s Backyard 😁

Our Snackpatrol will make sure that there will always be an opportunity to get a cup of coffee or a snack during your shifts.

Feel free to bring a reusible water bottle and refill at the water stations. That’s pretty cool!

You are only allowed to bring your own food and drink to the festival by written agreement. You are welcome to send us an email at frivillig@copenhell.dk.
